Fomies strike back with their second single of this year, “Colossus II”, taken from their upcoming sixth album “Liminality”. The track storms in like a mythical beast, delivering the massive, bone-shaking sound fans crave.
With breakneck speed and furious fuzz, Colossus II weaves an epic sonic tapestry. Drawing inspiration from sorcery, the band unleashes its full arsenal — screeching guitars, howling synths, roaring bass, and thunderous drums — driving the song into a relentless, wild gallop.
As the middle piece of a three-song sequence, Colossus II claims its spot on side C of the double LP, set to hit stores on April 11th.
Following their previous single, “The Onion Man”, Fomies once again push their own boundaries — already set sky-high with their previous album, “Ominous Prominence”. From the very first notes, the sound space erupts with heavy riffs, exactly what we’ve come to expect from this unstoppable quintet. To get a preview of what to expect from Liminality, catch Fomies at the m4music festival free show in Zurich this week on Friday, March 28th.
CD and double LP (in various colours) are available for pre-order now.
